This is new way of layoff, if MetricStream have another layoff then no one stay in the company and no new employees join. Management knows this and try are trying all different methods to send employees. Don't you know how many employees leaving after re-org? what does it mean then? do you think they are leaving because they are unhappy with re-org? do you think anyone will be happy if they change role QA to developer or developer to QA? this is new technic of MetricStream management, from now they will be keep changing your roles and makes you frustrate and leave.
