Keep most of the managerial positions in Dfw

It would be better to keep most of the managerial positions at DFW . This would help to operate the company better

its stupid to base your strategy on LCC’s.(low cost center)

You’ll never drive innovative differentiation that way and you’ll find the cost benefit of the LCC in a high growth area will only last for 3-4 years. Then you’ll spend 100’s of millions ramping up a new LCC and ramping down the old one.

Its a stupid model that doesnt scale and only old and tired companies in declining markets focus on it. > so naturally Sabre focuses on it instead of actual innovation and sales.

Yes, right. Said managers who have taken the company where it is now.

There is a definite lack of talent in DFW from middle managers, directors and VPs.

These guys deserve a Darwin award...

Companies need to evolve. The way to do business used 10-15 years ago is not valid anymore.

Please invest in your education. Especially in the area of managing creative people.

Better to keep all developers and senior developers up to tech leads in Bangalore and managers and above in DFW . Till 2010 it was like that and sabre was doing good .

It'd be better to get rid of all DFW employees. Each DFW employee cost company 3 or 4 times more then people in KRK or BLR...
