Has anyone heard if SUO is moving from their Penn Avenue location?

SUO and South non-receivorship campuses are still financially tied to DCEDH. Hence, as of Feb 22nd all medical insurance, pharmacy, dental, vision, and life insurance was terminated, employees working with no coverage. Verifiable by calling the benefits administrator.
What is the source(s) of this alleged move? Why close down Arizona, hire in Pittsburgh just to relocate back to Arizona? If the purpose of these posts are to make all aware it is important to post facts of knowledge to decipher rumors from truth. Otherwise it's just stirring the pot and creating more stress and disarray. Clarify or verify source or sources. It is anonymous.
Funny, they just posted a bunch of jobs for South located in Pittsburgh. Then a few days ago, HR sent us (AiP) an email with all of those openings. What a joke.

Rationale? Cheaper rent, better tax structure, being able to have people work shifts in order to hit all time zones effectively. There is no benefit to being in Pittsburgh. Additionally with many other for profit institutions being based out west it would be an easy transition once a buyer is found. They haven’t told you that either but it’s coming.
What is the rationale for SUO leaving pittsburgh location?
So Gav is running SUO, and he isn’t telling anyone South is moving out of Pittsburgh??? Just like when he came to visit Chandler the week before the lay-off, and hid in a room at the end of the building, and never said one word to us at AUO. It’s so very sad to me that these execs only care about themselves, and no one else.
Yes, don’t believe at your own peril but SUO will be relocated to Phoenix in the next 6 months. It’s simply better business wise. There are plenty of displaced reps that will immediately return (they’ve been asking) and there won’t be an issue of not being ideal to hit all time zones. Pittsburgh is truly dead, get out now.
