Are other locations affected, and if yes, to what extent? Reading about these layoffs on this site, but at my location, it has been pretty quiet. Any, more detailed info on this?

talking and searching some more,there always been layoff in Ciena but it has always been done in quiet manner. I was effected by layoff as well in ottawa. Came to know there was layoff around april 2019 as well

Over 100 employees. This is the second round of layoffs from the support organization. All support will be going to India it looks like. Terrible...
