My store just announced the changes. Overnights are going away completely. They will have to transition to positions during the daytime and take a pay cut. Salary members of management will have to re-interview for positions store is losing two assistant managers.

Read the severance policy... salaried severance is 2 weeks pay for each year of service, plus 1 weeks pay for each 20k you make in salary....
So a 10 year associate could walk away with 22 weeks pay.

Salaried severance is 60 days pay. As an ON Support I was told there was severance after April 26th. When I asked what it was I was told not to worry because they would find me a position before that.
What type of severance pay are they offering? Hearing conflicting pay out amounts.

It's been on here, on Facebook, on Reddit, etc. Not sure what other confirmation you are looking for. Yes it's a thing. Supposedly as others have said only for <$60mil stores (at the moment); but would assume it may well be a thing for more/all stores at some point.
Many of us losing out jobs. At my store, We have have 3 openings for cap 1 and most can't do cap2. We have to transfer facilities or take Severance pay by April 26. Job is over.
