The roadblock in talks with the FTC

Seems that chances of this ending this anywhere else but in court are getting slimmer and slimmer by as every day goes by. Looks to me like the FTC think they have a good case and that’s why they’re not backing down. Should we be worried?

FTC will lose the case as people are realizing the stupidity of this case. 5G is another tool to complete against the Chinese, and Obama's FTC is trying to bring down an American company that does the most 5G research. There are plenty of articles that have said this, and Trump's ears must have gone red when hearing about the case.

If FTC win, they should for sure go for Fruit company... Where is consumer protection there?

The FTC can't loose when considering the facts. The degree to which they win and the impact to QCOM is up to the court. If you believe the impending ruling is already factored into the price as do i, then you believe the price won't tank much further.

If you think the price had much hope for significant gain, then you also believe $82 materially undervalues. And that makes you a s---er.

FTC will lose. DO NOT sell your shares. Poised for a huge raise as soon as the results are out.
