Started work this morning and was called into a "mandatory" Capital Solutions update where they promptly terminated my employment, along with many others. After hearing Craig Dahl and Bill Henak spew their b---s--- about not foreseeing layoffs, they dump this on myself and others in the Operations department.

There is a management failure at the highest levels in this company. There is no obvious long term strategy for any of the business units at TCF. Management is over matched by Chemical, a smaller and less complicated bank. The number of people that have left this company through layoffs and job eliminations over the last few years is embarrassing. HR, or HCM, or whatever, has abandoned the average employee.
