We as energy providers are the most important people in the world. But even more importanter than the energy providers is the leadership team devoted to making the money rain on me every year. I know you'll say, "hey Doug why are we getting the axe when you told us we did so much to make Encana great? Shouldn't you have told us on the scorecard that you weren't happy with some aspect of our performance?" I don't have an answer for that, but I'll pat your head and whisper sweet nothings to you just the same.
