What managers and supervisors are afraid of if you are a union shop is that they can be brought up on labor charges if there is a disagreement and you have a Bonafide right. You will actually have a say in things instead of them giving you the my way or the highway attitude.

Two things to keep in mind , in three years altice has 235 lawsuits because they don't keep their promises and the other thing altice don't care about us it's all about revenue they care about. Facts
