You fire the greeters and cashiers and I will not shop at Walmart. I will do all my shopping on line with someone else and go to Aldo’s for groceries.

We love the greeters. We can shop anywhere and I’m not shopping without actual people to help me.
Have you seen the 82 year old greeter at Delafield, Wisconsin??? She dresses up as Mrs. Claud and a pumpkin and an Easter Bunny. She has people coming back year after year who don’t even live in the State to see her. Look on the Facebook page. They use her for photo ops and now they are laying off all the greeters!!!!
Thanks for this sort of support @XFIV9qo-1grf . Not sure all the other customers are going to follow your example, but this is a good view that people love their customer service and that no technology can make up for human contact. Poor decision trying to take the customer service out of retail.
