And they will wonder why it is so hard to execute when they start only getting what they pay for.

Take Economics 101. Your salary is determined by market, so your salary is low basically because supply is stronger than demand in this semiconductor laybor market. However, the salary of top management is mainly determined by the political structure. Aka, more corruption more money ~ Not necessarily their performance. #GrowUp
