Do not over perform or over deliver in Dell. you will be seemingly rewarded at first, then they strip you down, load you with everyone else's workload that the others pretend to not be able to do or put any effort in. Dell always kill their best performers with workloads and do everything under the roof approach.
This is something I can agree on with @XDxjgsz-4dlo , given that I felt these unfair practices on my own skin.

People leave managers not companies. Im sure at the top Michael Dell doesn't want this kind of behavior but his middle management drive this as they aren't leaders, they only know how to crank the wheel.
