I've been gone almost 18 months now and just eavesdropping on my roommates all hands call who is still in whatever IT is called now - boy the delusions of grandeur these leaders have is astonishing. Anything so called "commercial" will be a stretch and a culture change. I've been on the other side now for a year - I've seen the light. Good luck folks! I do hope it works out but man, this makes me wonder. But go ahead, keep your heads down and toil away....
