Company looks so good from outside. They try their best to cover their real badness in the public eyes. Inside, it is really horrible!!

CAN'T RUN A COMPANY WITHOUT PEOPLE!!! AUTOMATION BREAKS DOWN TOO!! OUR CUSTOMERS DESERVE TO BE TREATED BETTER THAN THIS!!!!! A small group of representatives CANNOT handle THE CALLS THEY WILL GET FROM ALL THE OPCOS each OPCO knows their customers THE CALL CENTER DOESN'T"t NOR DO THEY REALLY CARE!! MUCH OF THESE PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN LAID OFF have been here for over 25 YEARS
, thus building the "BIG SHOTS" to where they want to be, BUILDING THE COMPANY and MAKING THE BIG SHOTS LOOK GOOD. I bet most of them haven't even been with the company for half that time. You will all learn the HARD way.
