More work for the lawyers

How much litigation can Q afford ? Most people say that the whole AVGO thing smacked of failing to look for shareholders interests. $82 a share WAS a decent offer. And by running to the president the directors HARMED shareholder value.

If the leadership were sincere in their belief that the AVGO offer was undervaluing the company, how is it that they have failed to drive the stock above $82 ?

Either they were sincere and incompetent since the price has subsequently tanked.

Or, they were lying and putting their own interests before those of the shareholders.

I doubt if these cases can prove any willful intent. There are similar cases filed but none have materialized in the past.
