Fiber in Brooklyn?

There is no documented evidence that fiber is being deployed in Brooklyn according to the almighty dsl reports- does this mean we are selling the system?

As deployment expands westward through Brooklyn, fiber is now being offered apparently in the GIGABIT tier only, since 400mbit works over docsis 3. Altice also put in place an across the board price hike $$. IDK why since their promo pricing is now HIGHER than Verizon (mandated $10 ONT AIO 'rental'. Good luck on uptake. I guess it will take losing lots of money, while spending lots of money to turn pricing around.

fiber IS NOW being deployed in Brooklyn.. look for dangling loops, altice 3rd party contractor trucks and anchored spools of cable in various BK neighborhoods (south and mid BK) as of mid October into November..
When this will amount to available services, who knows?
6mos to a year? Takes more than stringing up loops and feeder fiber optics (which is phase 2).
Phase 1, logistic planning, prepping inside plant and getting permits in place. Phase 2, contracting and deployment schedules along with actual deployment. Phase 3, installing last mile equipment, nodes, fiber taps, and field testing. Phase 4 is obvious, ready set go (convince people to buy it)!
