Has it ended? I mean have you been done?
So cool thanks karine fachot
Fun if two French colleagues are married and fired they get an extra bonus of 3 months each. Guys speed up in France. It's time to get together for a bonus. HR is pushing for colleagues to get together.
*correction
the "yearly salary" value has to be multiplicated by the number of years spent in CA
Enfants de la patrie... vous êtes "so lucky"... Disez merci Karine, au contraire les autres RH du sud de l'Europe n'ont pas atteint les même rèsultats.... a bientôt

This is now approved by the French Government / Labor. French teams will now be fired over the next weeks. Bon vent
Bon courage mes amis
Layoff proposal has been sent to labor ministery for validation last week. It will take maximum 3 weeks for go/no go but it could be faster
Any update ?
Pretty sure they will leave with money like the other Emea countries . Bon courage mes amis
Tomorrow is the day
Pray for them
Grance is the last, only country still pending. Let us know the results
So the guys in France that will stay have all gotten their letters by now, the rest will either be term or transition. As for Italy, all the people I spoke to are leaving in April.
Ok, some serious BS here. People on transition have already been layed off, just with a few additional months of work before they go. Broadcom will not go on a huge hiring spree, evident by the fact they are not actually replacing any of the stay people that have already left.
With regards to France, most if not all of them will indeed be going. However, due to the labour laws in France this will be still a few months down the line. The people that left in December were from the round of Layoffs in April last year, so you can get an idea how that actually takes.
b---s--- they will all leave in april
The worst country of CA years after years, and country managers after country managers, will see his employees leaving with the biggest amount of cash. Poor performance deserves big bonus, that’s the french way of doing business.
Everyone on transition will be laid off next week due to influx of new people who are applying, so we can replace the ones who are causing us issues early.
