Digital filing cabinets

So, surprise!!!! We were told our all of our files must be sent out by week 5!!! So, that gives us 2 weeks to get these ready before they are sent out. In our meeting, we were told that this was happening in May!! Changes seem to be happening much quicker than we thought!!!

You'll need to remove any staples from the actual folders themselves. You know, the inside where we keep the file review and the back where we put their applications. We were told not to worry about staples/paperclips inside the files. Basically one file for their Personnel stuff and one for for Medical. We have a few associates who will have more than one of one or the other. HO sends cover sheets to put in each file. One white, for Personnel, and one pink, for Medical. Those sheets go in front of the file. I'd hate to be the one scanning all that in! We also have to send last year Terminated...why? Anyway, 400 associates later...

On OneWire there is a efile toolkit which explains in great detail the steps. Trust me, allow yourself plenty of time to familiarize yourself with the information in the toolkit. And enough time to actually prepare your files.

We start week 6. Can you describe what has to be done other than just boxing up?

The digitizing of HR paperwork is going to occur at different times this year, so no surprise it’s stating already. It’s a huge job so they have to roll it out this way.
