Seems alot of asms are posting about being let go with no coachings and good evals dose anyone have info on this. If you where affected what was the reason given job performance? Did you already recieve your eval for the year? I cant see Walmart letting people go without a coaching or a warning for job performance. This all seems odd to me maybe I am missing something.

The best way to survive at WMT is file an ethics complaint for discrimination. WMT fears lawsuits. The Legal department at WMT is full of social justice warriors - very few competent lawyers. They will panic, let you stay, and if they retaliate against you, simply file an EEOC complaint. The only thing WMT responds to are threats of lawsuits. Bunch of cowards, all of them busy with identity politics, diversity & inclusion, and equality of result. Mediocrity is what we celebrate at Walmart.
April 26 is correct. Anyone let go now is due to other reasons.
Day stock not starting til April 26th, if ASMs are being displaced now it’s not because of Day stock. Nothing has changed as of yet in staffing.
And as posted all ASMs are interviewing in effected stores so again if ASMs are being let go it’s not because of day stock at this point. It’s not “all O/ N ASMs are let go” at all...it’s a selection process which has not even begun yet much less is finalized.
Just BS as usual
Are the affected asms getting severance or just let go.
Stores going to day stock are losing 2 ASM’s. All ASM’s havhe to reinterview in those stores
