Salary freezes?

Does anyone know if the rumor of salary freezes is true? Many people promoted into new roles were made offers to switch laterally and fast with the verbal commitment that salary would be negotiated later. Will this even happen if salaries are frozen?

1aif - Who, name them ? Most of my friends in the city are getting more Tham 2%.

RPI is averaging 3.5% in uk - it's not unreasonable to expect a pay rise to match inflation.

Good on you if you are happy with your 2%.

Lots of people who work at companies that make more money get 2% raises. You are lucky to keep your job at TR which doesnt

God you guys are the whiniest most entitled little sh--heads i have ever heard. It really is no wonder TR failed

We’ve been all getting 2% raises for a decade now. 2% for people who work late and weekends to get products. 2% for people who watch Netflix at work or work at home and are ts online for hours at a time.

There are raises at least this year (2% target).

One other thing to note for anyone not hired in the last couple of years, the bonus target for new hires is 5, 8 and 10% respectively for entry, senior and lead developers in legal. If you've been with the company for years, your aip target is staying at 2%. The company is screwing you
