I predict 1/4 of your assigned bonus will be given, if given. Salary raise: 2%
It is only logical to see if this 150% bonus materializes as it is only few weeks away. That does not mean you stop trying outside (it is not a binary 1 or 0 situation). Wouldn't getting 150% bonus and switching to another job in second or third week of April would be nice?
Dumbest reason to stay at this dumpster fire. If you want to leave, leave go get a 50% raise and get paid what people actually make working at real tech companies. Btw once you get a raise it’s recurring, guaranteed, and a sticky reference for all other job negotiations. A bonus is discretionary and non recurring. Also would not trust this at all when everyone who waived this carrot has left.
