It's a shame that employees try to communicate with each other and express their concerns in the workplace and it all gets censored by the powers that be.

Because the people who get paid by the company to watch this site reported something they didn't like most likely. The truth it's hard to swallow for them so they will mask it or delete it or make fake posts.
Anything that doesn’t fall in line with the union mentality get removed..
Make sure your posts are civil, and they won't get nuked. Some things that are not allowed here - calling people names, personally identifiable data, trolling and bullying, direct advertising and asking for votes. These I know for sure, they may be more rules, try googling it.
