Has anyone checked out Cogswell Education headquarters in Greenwich, CT? It looks tiny.

I wish we would have done this about 8 - 10 years ago.
Sell to the faculty, change the name, and lose that DeVry baggage. Teach right-sized classes online and on site, insist on skill acquisition and quality of work. Nowhere online is there a uniform pedagogy. There is an opportunity to build a suite of best practices that lead to genuine skill and education (remember that?), and placement in real jobs that matter. Rebuild this school's infrastructure from the ground up...
The deal never seemed to make any sense. Cogswell is not bringing any value added to the deal. Why not just sell to the employees as many other companies have done in the past?
