No one will miss you except Microsoft. You single handedly wasted enough time and money to successfully acquire a successful company.

Preach inclusion however if you point out real issues, they make up c-ap, and actually lead a smear campaign to force you to leave on your own or you are forced out. My department is shrinking by the second, and nothing is done about it. No way you can actually think you are running a good department when great employees are leaving.
Contact someone still with the company curious. If you post names the admins will delete.
I need more help on who TL, BW & MS are... I've been gone too long!
BW had no vision and his employees by and large hated his stupid ideas and his refusal to listen to anyone else’s ideas. His entire agenda was either given to him by Microsoft or a magazine. He was a consultant who had never done actual support in his entire career- so he had no clue what was needed or how to provide it. The entire reason the other org was created was because IT was missing the point - which they proceeded to do also. Both MS and BW could be successful if their roles consisted of R&D only, but if spending is limited and support is the primary focus- neither have any clue.
Just keep ceding control to the business. Because Sandusky and his cronies have shown how to really run a good org. You tard’s just loss your best visionary leader but that’s right, the business knows what’s best, especially in technology. We’ve been told for years you can run it better. As more IT talent leaves good luck. TL is in for a rude awakening as the ship sinks faster. Maybe you can lease some space to the library or convert the top floors to loft apartments. Maybe It could become the worlds largest tent city for the homeless. Better yet ask CRL if they want to buy the building, they have a shot at actually filling it again. We can move back to 20NB
The whole diversity program and the hr leader who is forcing it on the company needs to go. Hire/promote the best.
Diversity is the enemy of competence
Glad to see the diverse and inclusive choice for replacement
Tom Landry can do anything he puts his mind to!
TL could not find oil in a Shell gas station
TL knows more about the important stuff right now than BW ever did.
So how is a guy with virtually no IT background going to be the new VP of IT?
BW just has that punchable kind of face, like Jared Kushner.
So long partners, may the golden parachute land you somewhere real nice. TL coming in like a wrecking ball
