We spent $50,000 to try to prevent SQ788 and now it has been almost 12 months since people have a license and could acquire stuff. Where are all the incidents, people stumbling around, people sleeping at their desks and in the stairwell. They must have layed everyone off that has a license except me. Walmart has more money than Devon ever thought of having. If they can’t win a lawsuit in a federal court room, then no oil and gas company can. New Mexico has the same employee protections written into their law that Oklahoma has.
I’m here too, so they didn’t get us all. I’ve heard the same bs too. Incident rates are going to go through the roof. This will be the death of the company. Stockholders won’t trust us. Its always the same uneducated biased views. Or the famous one is always I have a friend or family member who let this stuff ruin their lives which is another uneducated excuse. They just look for the easiest things to place the blame because I swear that person would have been a huge success had it not been for that little ole plant.
