I think the first round of UG-EGD layoffs eliminated something like 20-25% of the positions in scope (hard to say exactly because I'm not sure how many vacancies and leaves were in the mix) and closer to 10% of the employees. That's bad, but not nearly as bad as I thought.
Hopefully the next round is no worse. March sounds about right... I'm sure they'll want to bank the salary savings asap.
