Urr- I just read the motion and your interpretation isn’t quite correct. AI Houston and Atlanta aren’t included in the listing, though if the court finds EPF was just created to perpetuate a fraud, it will have the power to take action against them as DCEH LLC is listed. But your main point, which is that the actions alleged on these boards that someone at DCEH, EPF, Studio et al have absconded with or are hiding Federal education funds is well taken, so If I worked in admintraion where I should have had authority or knowledge of Financial disbursements at ANY DCEH school, I would obtain criminal defense counsel ASAP.
