Please don't believe that Houston will solve anything. I teach in Austin and the Houston campus is where our institutional chair is based. We hear nothing from her, we get an occasional email that is just forwarded to us, which is useless. Everything that we hear from Houston is useless. I gave my notice and this is my last quarter to teach, it couldn't end soon enough! Do yourself a favor and leave before the whole system gets shut down.
