Has anyone heard what the actual hours are for the new People Lead position?

The job should post by tomorrow, if you are a TC /PC you have to make a decision to opt in or out by end of week. If you are in Personnel your SM should of already had a meeting with you last week to go over Talking Points. TC
We were told you would work 3 weekends a month and 3 shifts of 2 to 11pm shifts a month 3 shifts of 5am to 2 pm per month and the other hours were up to the store need.
Isn't it funny how we will not know the expectations for this job until its posted. We will not know the hours until its posted. I think we should have been shown a bit more respect. I agree with the previous comment. We will be around just to get this rolling. And then we will be eliminated.
An Fact1 in our Academy keeps telling me it's a salaried position even though our MHRM says it's hourly. Although our MHRM also stated at first that it was a closed pool, then next days email said it was open pool and anyone can apply. Personally I don't think any PC or tc had a chance, I think they told us this di we would stay long enough to get this people modernization started.
We were told nights and weekends and holidays. No specific times but that it is not going to be Monday thru Friday 7-4
I would assume they mean because the other position would be filled if they dont take it now, doubt they are going tonhold a pay grade d spot open for months in case someone might want it later.
To the one just posted about having until Friday to decide... are you a PC or TC? Where is your store? We were told this was going to happen in 3rd quarter. Just curious why they are making you decide so early. Especially since we really do not have much information on this new position.
Wish there was more information. I have to decide by Friday if I want to take a Ppg D department manager job or wait and try for people lead. Thinking about what if they eliminate the dept mgr job soon too. I really have no idea what to do with all the uncertainty.

Nope. Nor have we been told anything about the "upskilling" that is supposed to start Friday.
