Layoffs occur Wednesdays between 10a & 3p.
No badge shutdown unless you're fired.
It can happen at anytime. But it’s usually in the morning.
I don’t believe the disabling of badge has happened in many years. Wouldn’t worry about that
Layoffs can be done in 2 ways from what I have seen.
You show up at your desk and your boss then calls you into the office to give you the bad news.
Or your ID badge does not give you access you check with the Security person at the desk.
Who checks your card then has a person escort you to a room were the HR person is waiting to give you the bad news.
Another person posting that doesn’t know what they are talking about. It could happen any time during workday, in person, on phone, with or without HR manager. This site is full of disinformation.
