Stage IT department gutted this morning and still happening. Mostly Sr. Managers and Directors so far. Time for those who didn't get the axe to abandon ship!

I will say that one of the Female management associates that was laid off didn't do much but go outside and smoke. She was brought in to help the situation but nothing changed..
stage stores use people to train other people they have less buys in Virginia one of there diapution center went off in South Hill they did a bad thing now a empty building
if they're so anti female @ it, why they'd hired em in 1st place?

Also - The layoffs were all FEMALE IT MANAGEMENT and/or employees over 55. Clearly discrimination but if you don’t sign away your rights to sue you don’t get the separation package.
I wonder if the 99% female customer base would appreciate the fact that Stage does not welcome female management in the information technology department?
Isn’t their motto “It’s her Stage” ?
