I was just reading that Dream Center lost 9 million dollars in Student Loan Payments. No idea where the money is. Someone is going to prison. Make sure it isn't you.

The receiver is in control of ALL decisions, including all the money for the university. It was the accrediting agency that put Argosy in HCM2 status. It is the receiver and ONLY the receiver who can decide where the money goes to pay anyone anything.
Isn't the school under HCM2 which means the school has to pay then the fed does after proving it? How does that work if they're under receivership?
The receiver in charge of Argosy is from the federal government. Not likely he’s going to jail anytime soon or at all.
