The divestiture of the SLS group is a complete train wreck, many are being let go and other are already working for the buyer (exlog). North america ops group is the next in line to be let go, just like they did with the engineering group and field personnel. Investigation will happen as there are many discrepancies and decisions being made outside legal terms.

50 million is a lot to pay for run down dumb iron. SLS managers will be 1st off Exlog list. There are/were some good loggers left. It will take deep pockets to operate in US. WFT was great at running product lines in to the ground.
