It will be interesting to see what our management teams look like 2-3 years from now

No ASM’s prob not getting cut, why would they. They quit,get fired, or just don’t show up. It’s a toxic environment I don’t know any manager that loves their job, not one and I know dozens of them. CO managers getting fired and quitting as well, it isn’t local or unique to your store its every store. It will be interesting to see what our management teams look like 2-3 years from now. Leadership needs to change at HO if we ever want to get our WalMart back.

WMT only cares about Identity Politics, diversity & inclusion, and equality of results. You need to self-identify as a person of color, as a person of the opposite set, and some other category that does not really exist - then apply for a job as an executive at WMT. You will probably get hired as an EVP in charge of equality. Then you can go on cruise control. Fire a bunch of straight, judeo-christian, white males, and you could be CEO. This is what you need to focus on.
