A lot of QCOM businesses are being jettisoned for nothing to reduce spend. QCOM is unable to get anything for them except cost savings. Money flushed down the toilet due to an inept management team that has absolutely destroyed the company. Amazing that by the time the 10th floor finally gets sacked there will be nothing left.
So a venture capital group looked at QLife, its current position and potential and realized they could do a whole lot better with it than Q-management.
Given the fantastical inefficiencies of Q endless meetings and circular discussion, thats not a surprise !
