SKO is in Huntington Beach this year. As far as Jane, I believe she either left already or is due to at the end of the month. Pretty typical to change out a CFO when acquired by a PE firm especially when numbers are soft.

This week is the Sales Kick Off meeting. Usually, the layoffs, at least in sales, happen before this meeting.

I believe it's true. If not February, it's only a matter of time. Cuts will be made until the bottom line shows a profit. IMHO.
