We all knew something was coming. We all knew if we stayed with DCEH we could lose our job at anytime. With that being said just tell us if we have a job or if we need to reapply. The plan is already all layed out. Give us something.

This ain't the red cross! That check better clear.
In summary - it’s abundantly clear that the end is near. If you can’t see the writing on the wall, it’s on you. Take control of your own career and happiness and find a new job. DCEH owes you nothing, you owe them nothing. If you choose to hang onto hope after knowing the facts, it’s your own fault. Stop mentally torturing yourself.
vbd - sorry the 'f' shouldn't be there -- that was from 'for' and didn't get all erased
vbd - thank you f- good point
Unless you’re an executive officer and have a personal investment in DCF DCEH Studio or Hussian, even if you’re in administration, you don’t need to know anything as long as the paycheck clears. It’s a job with a business that is being bought and sold and the job still needs to be done.
Not everyone can live in disorder and confusion but that is the way it is. If you can live with it and approach it as a job then do the work assigned and let the execs figure out the rest - that is not in any of the job descriptions and definitely out of the employees’ hands.
If the paychecks quit coming, so do I, when I work I expect pay and when I volunteer I give my time freely, and I ain’t volunteering for this lot.
B.A.U. ......business as usual
Theres a lot that goes into something like this and your specific school’s leadership dont want to over promise and dont want to mislead/give info after the fact- like dceh did to everyone for 2 yrs. hang in there ull hear something today
I'm pretty sure I will be calling off today and waiting to see if my paycheck is deposited tonight.
IT is bizarre that we haven't gotten an email from the directors and we're just expected to, "sit tight and focus on what we do best – working with our students in the classroom."
