I keep seeing people say that and I have yet to hear about anyone successfully filing for borrower's defense from an Ai post-lawsuit from 2011. As far as I know, they've been complying with the government imposed regulations so they couldn't file if they wanted to regardless of whether Betsy is in charge or not.
