Any reason every store is empty of product and customers? Stores look like they are going out of business!

Really, you mean you have to put a sign on them? How do you do that? If you are not a DL already, you will soon be one... or with your intellect probably a regional.

Genius leadership.
Definitely a customer fishing. It’s amazing listening to a customers perspective of what empty is
If your store has been working the programs correctly, your store should not be empty. Now, cough and cold may be out of control, but tis the season & again if, you're working your back room as you should be- even the 100 bags of Ricola will sell down. And guess what? If you're in stock and nice to the customers that come into your store, they'll be back when they run out of Ricola.
Empty would not be correct term for my store , we got too much.
It's volume driven and yes mix is probably wrong in certain stores.
They are either overstocked or understocked , I'll transfer you about 6k bottles of shampoo
