It’s absurd how employees are forced to deify the Amos family. There is currently an initiative underway to celebrate DA’s mother’s 90th birthday. All employees are encouraged to sign birthday cards! Give me a break!
Damn, not sure who you are, but you hit the nail on the head. I stayed there waaaaaay too long, and regret not leaving sooner. I know many people still there who do nothing but b--ch about it, but don’t leave.
Nothing will be done, or change. Aflac will continue on, and people will still work there who through IM, texts, and water cooler chatter, will complain about hos bad it is. BUT, these people lack the backbone to leave. And for those who do leave, ask themselves why they waited so long to leave. Year after year... they stay and spew garbage from their mouths.
