Thread regarding Scientific Games Corp. layoffs

This month?

Something is definitely up. Management has been disappearing for hours on end, won't look anyone in the face, no smiles and friendliness anywhere. That is the harbinger of what's to come soon.

"I haven't noticed any difference from management at the Chicago location. To which office location(s) are you referring?"

If you would get outside the manager's circle j e r k you live in you'd know.

No difference from management at the Chicago location? Seriously? You need to wake up.

They're always dead faced until they get to deliver some sadistic bad news, then they're giddy.

The clown with the comment about 20 days are the types of clowns that make SG a horrible place. If you are so happy and care about professionalism, why are you frequenting a lay-off site filled with speculation then? Seriously...long walk, short pier. Go.

It's been 20 days and not a peep from management about layoffs. If people are bitter or angry about their time at SG then deal with it in a professional manner. For those of us that still work here, the company is paying us monthly without fail. Nothing to fear, at least for the foreseeable future. When it's time to panic, I'm sure we'll all know about it!

Yep. Agreed. I feel it and noticed the same. Plus belt tightening is getting even tighter.
