As someone on the caremark side, it is funny that all the retail folks here think that they have it hardest. We are all doing the jobs of 3 people, why instead of trashing each other consider spending that same amount of time trying to help those struggling on here.

Omg - 20 plus years
Degreed manager, mid/ range sales volume- 12 hours of work to do in 9 hours - skip lunch , spend 3 hours a day on register then 2 more as back up for couponers. Me and a cashier with 210 totes sitting , cosmetic planograms coming , I'm really starting to wonder how much longer I can keep up. ( and I'm considered one of the best)
F---ing lol Caremark is a joke. I've done both and store level is infinitely more demanding. Come work at a store then come talk to me.

How do you have time to post this. Shouldn't you be adjusting myschedule to cut more hours from stores, we have tooo much.
