Has anyone else noticed they are missing 8 hours or so from their PTO in Kronos under accruals?
It shows our time split between pto and sick hours, and have less days/hours than years before without warning. Wonderful!

No change. Several of us at my Ai campus checked after reading this, no change. All remains the same plus whatever PTO rolled over. Maybe you miscalculated.
2out that's true - it's always been like that anyway - now they just labeled it as such
“200 hours is grandfathered in - no change last I heard” It is still 200 hours total but 160 is PTO and 40 sick leave. That is the change as listed in Kronos.
They also increased the time frame from 4 years to 5 years and eliminated the 200 altogether. People hitting years 4 and 8 got screwed.

2bwm I was aware only CA residents can roll over pto - are you in CA?
2xck lates email from HR said no
Yup I now have 120 (80 PTO and 40 Sick) - I lost 8 hours, plus what I lost by not being able to roll over what I was not able to use last year.
Are adjunct profs expected to do time sheets now?
If you have 200 hours (5 weeks) you now technically have 160 PTO hours (4 weeks) and 40 hours sick leave.
We’ll see if I’d get the full 5 weeks or if we need a note from our doctor.
Yep, it changed without any notice, go to the hr1 web page and look for pto policy, it’s all spelled out. 128 went to 120. 168 went to 160, 200 got grandfathered in.
