I think the post is referring to the measly 200 dollars ... we all know it’s not going anywhere ... read between the lines
Get another job in the company that doesn’t require on call if you don’t like it. Oakland field service still has on call ats doesn’t. Your the one that signed up for it.
The card wont help that. It will protect your employment but the company is going to say they need the on call and wont budge on it. Move on buddy.
