In Blake's view, it's the Board's fault he gets his inflated compensation. It goes along with his mantra that he is "one of the people". So how many of you "the people" would voluntarily give back even a fraction of your pay even if you thought your pay was unreasonably too much ? Not saying he is right, actually he is dead wrong for not setting an example like the Nabors CEO did.
