I think you missed the capitalized NON-RELEVANT portion. It was spit out pretty clear for me to understand.

Strange language being used by the OP with capitalizations of certain words trying to deliver an enigmatic message. If you have something to say, then spit it out plainly for everyone to understand. Or is it that you are trying to create an aura of mystery with nothing behind it?

@X3gWDSy-wcv - definitely a reply based on ONE. You can never speak the volume of a world of MANY, of which ONE may glean something earth-shattering. Posts are for those who may need it. Obviously, you are in a NON-RELEVANT position, where it does not apply to YOU, as ONE.

Eat the meat & learn to spit out the bones. You risk less CHOKING, that way.

I read the article. Nothing earthshattering here. If you're laid off, then you're laid off. ADP is an "at will" company, which means that you can be terminated for any reason or no reason.

If you are old or a minority, you could try to sue. Good luck with that.
