Ironically it asks if you are an Alumni of any of the DCEH schools, in which you would need more education, unless they are seeking adjuncts this way.
Yes, number of class sections are dropping and classes are seeing increase in size. Many adjuncts have quit (day 1 of a session when they see the roster) because of this and no increase in pay.
Who doesn't want an adjunct job that doesn't give you a raise in 15 years? Be sure though, the students will double as well as your weekly responsibilities. Fun times.
