The worst part of waiting for the inevitable is that your DMS are still demanding stupid sh-- to still be done. Listen buddy, this isn't a long term gig. Get off my back and F your processes.

Be honest with yourself and open your damm eyes. No one has time for your bull sh--. Put your priorities in check jackass.

I'm trying to imagine being a HE executive 15 years ago, sitting at a meeting room table with my peers, and presenting this business plan: For every paying customer that buys a cart load of merchandise, we will give em a second cart load for free. Then, while the one associate we have available is ringing them up and asking them 20 questions, we will have two other customers in line with cart loads. . One of them will get tired of waiting and walk out without buying anything, and the other will walk out with the cart full without paying, because we got rid of 90% of the AP, and made it so the 10% we have left are too overloaded with busy work to see it, and can't stopem even if they do see it without getting fired for doing something wrong. I would have been laughed out of the room, and now it's our business model!

Very true. Same id--ts who helped put us in this mess. So busy doing processes over and over that we forgot how to sell and take care of customers. Operated the business to death.
