I’m not a Sears employee but what upsets me after reading an article is that they approved a specific amount of money for bonuses for upper management. 50,000 employees jobs are on the line due to lack of decision making. Employees trust that upper management make the right decisions for the company but yet they get bonuses.

Just admit that you're posting on behalf of Rise Up Retail or some other (Union) "workers rights" group instead of posing as a concerned citizen who felt the need to post on an anonymous board
