Seems the changes for 2019 are im full swing, like slashing gm bonuses and agm by more than 50%. Good luck keeping ppl motivated or keeping them around.

Folks, in a capitalist society you get paid for the value that you bring to the market place.
The new bonus structure levels the playing field by creating a results driven incentive program.
Managers and Asst. Managers make too much money to begin with and should not get a bonus. Let the counter guys and stock guys make some money too.
Good managers do pass the bonuses on to their team

Fast Food employees make better money and don't have to work nearly as hard as at this dump
Pass some money down to the little guy! Please. Heck with the managers.
